[FORCE MAJEURE] Force Majeure – Casa Grande C Station
SEV 4/5
Force MajeureUntil Further Notice1 Days
EPNG has declared force majeure at Casa Grande C Compressor Station, effective 03/17/2026 at 11:41 AM with an expected restoration by 03/18/2026 at 9:00 AM. Casa Grande is located in Arizona on EPNG's westbound mainline, meaning this constraint affects gas movement from the Permian/Waha origin area toward SoCal Border and Arizona delivery points. No specific capacity volume was stated in the notice. Duration is approximately one day.
EPNG force majeure at Casa Grande C Station restricts westbound flow on the Permian-to-SoCal/Arizona corridor; expect bearish pressure at Waha as basin gas backs up and bullish pressure at SoCal Border and Arizona delivery points for the next ~22 hours.
Reroute: Moderate: Transwestern Pipeline (TW) is the primary competing westbound pipeline serving SoCal Border and Arizona markets and may absorb some displaced volumes, though available spare capacity on TW will determine how fully the constraint can be offset.

[FORCE MAJEURE] Force Majeure - El Paso C Station
SEV 4/5
Force MajeureUntil Further Notice1 Days
EPNG has declared force majeure at El Paso C Station effective 04/15/2026 at 10:30 AM, with restoration expected by 04/16/2026 at 9:00 AM. El Paso C Station is a compressor station on the EPNG mainline in the El Paso/West Texas corridor, a key segment for westbound Permian Basin takeaway toward SoCal and Arizona. Duration is approximately 22.5 hours. No capacity volume is specified in the notice.
EPNG force majeure at El Paso C Station reduces westbound Permian takeaway capacity; expect bearish pressure at Waha as basin gas backs up and bullish pressure at SoCal Border and Arizona delivery points, though the short ~1-day duration limits sustained market impact.
Reroute: Moderate: Transwestern Pipeline (TW) serves overlapping SoCal Border and Arizona markets and is the primary reroute alternative; however, TW spare capacity at any given time may not fully absorb constrained EPNG volumes, particularly on short notice.

Force MajeureUntil Further Notice14 Days
EPNG has declared a force majeure at Compressor Station 341 (CS341), Unit 4, effective June 16, 2026 through June 30, 2026. CS341 is located on the EPNG mainline in the Southwest corridor, which handles Permian Basin outbound flows westward toward SoCal and Arizona delivery points. No specific capacity volume is stated in the notice. The event is unplanned and has a defined end date of June 30.
EPNG force majeure at CS341-UP4 reduces Permian outbound compression capacity; expect bearish pressure at Waha as basin gas backs up with no stated volume restriction, and bullish pressure at SoCal Border and Arizona delivery points as westbound supply is reduced.
Reroute: Moderate: Transwestern Pipeline (TW) is the primary competing pipeline for SoCal Border and Arizona deliveries and may absorb some diverted volumes, but reroute is not guaranteed to fully offset the constraint depending on the compression loss magnitude.

EPNG has declared force majeure at Eunice C Compressor Station effective 06/24/2026 at 7:04 AM, with an expected end date of 06/25/2026 at 9:00 AM. Eunice C Station is located in the Permian Basin corridor in southeastern New Mexico, a key compression point on EPNG's outbound mainline moving gas westward from Waha toward SoCal and Arizona delivery points. No specific capacity volume is stated in the notice. Duration is approximately one day.
EPNG force majeure at Eunice C Station constrains Permian takeaway westbound; expect bearish pressure at Waha as basin gas backs up, with bullish pressure at SoCal Border and Arizona delivery points -- monitor for capacity restoration by 09:00 AM 06/25.
Reroute: Moderate: Transwestern Pipeline (TW) is the primary competing pipeline serving SoCal border and Arizona delivery points from the Permian/San Juan Basin and can absorb some diverted volumes, but may lack sufficient spare capacity to fully offset an EPNG mainline compressor force majeure. Simultaneous TW constraint would eliminate California reroute entirely.

Operational AlertUntil Further Notice2 Days
EPNG has declared an Operational Flow Order (OFO) for a System-Wide Pack condition, effective immediately as of 06/29/2026 07:33 AM and running through 06/30/2026 09:00 AM. This is a fresh, first-revision notice indicating EPNG is requiring shippers to pack the system -- injecting more gas than is being withdrawn -- to restore system line pack across the entire pipeline. No specific capacity volume is stated, but a system-wide OFO on EPNG indicates significant operational stress across the full Permian-to-California corridor.
EPNG system-wide pack OFO signals immediate operational tightness on the full mainline corridor; expect bearish pressure at Waha as shippers are required to over-deliver into the system, with bullish pressure at SoCal Border and Arizona delivery points where supply availability is constrained.
Reroute: Moderate: Transwestern Pipeline (TW) is the primary competing pipeline for SoCal border deliveries and may absorb some volumes, but a system-wide EPNG OFO suggests broad infrastructure stress that TW alone is unlikely to fully offset.

EPNG has declared force majeure at Florida C Station effective 06/29/2026 at 11:21 AM, with an expected restoration by 06/30/2026 at 9:00 AM. Florida C is an internal EPNG tariff segment/compressor station designation in the Southwest/Texas-New Mexico corridor serving Permian outbound flows westward toward SoCal and Arizona -- not the state of Florida. No specific capacity volume was stated in the notice. Duration is approximately 22 hours.
EPNG force majeure at Florida C Station restricts Permian/Waha westbound takeaway; expect bearish pressure at Waha basis as gas backs up in the basin and bullish pressure at SoCal Border and Arizona delivery points as downstream supply tightens -- watch for basis widening on both ends through June 30 morning restoration.
Reroute: Moderate: Transwestern Pipeline (TW) serves the same SoCal border and Arizona delivery markets and may absorb displaced volumes, but TW spare capacity is variable and may not fully offset EPNG Florida C throughput loss. Simultaneous TW constraint would eliminate California reroute entirely.

[OPERATIONAL FLOW ORDER] SOC System Wide Pack - Update #1
SEV 4/5
Operational AlertUntil Further Notice2 Days
EPNG has issued a system-wide Operational Flow Order (OFO) for line pack management, effective 06/30/2026 at 7:19 AM through 07/01/2026 at 9:00 AM. This is a system-wide pack OFO, meaning EPNG is requiring shippers to help maintain adequate line pressure across the entire system. No specific capacity volume restriction is stated in the notice.
EPNG system-wide pack OFO signals operational stress across the full Permian-to-California corridor; expect bearish pressure at Waha as gas cannot freely flow west, with offsetting bullish pressure at SoCal Border and Arizona delivery points where westbound supply is tightened.
Reroute: Moderate: Transwestern Pipeline (TW) is the primary competing pipeline for SoCal border deliveries and may absorb some diverted volumes, though a system-wide EPNG OFO typically reflects broad operational stress that TW alone cannot fully offset.

[FORCE MAJEURE] Force Majeure - Line 1103
SEV 4/5
Force MajeureUntil Further Notice1 Days
EPNG has declared a force majeure on Line 1103, effective 07/07/2026 at 9:55 AM with an end date of 07/08/2026 at 9:00 AM. The event is approximately one day in duration. No specific capacity volume is stated in the notice, but as an EPNG outbound segment, the constraint reduces Permian/Waha takeaway westward toward SoCal and Arizona delivery points.
EPNG Line 1103 force majeure tightens Permian westbound takeaway; expect bearish pressure at Waha as basin gas backs up, with bullish pressure at SoCal Border and Arizona delivery points -- no volume stated but any EPNG mainline FM carries significant directional signal.
Reroute: Moderate: Transwestern Pipeline (TW) is the primary competing pipeline for SoCal border and Arizona deliveries and may absorb some diverted volumes, though spare capacity availability on TW is uncertain and full offset is unlikely during a force majeure event.

EPNG has declared a force majeure on Line 1102 effective 07/07/2026 at 9:59 AM with a stated end date of 07/08/2026 at 9:00 AM. The notice is a first-revision filing with no specific capacity volume disclosed. Line 1102 is an EPNG mainline segment carrying Permian Basin gas westbound toward Southwest and California delivery markets, producing a split directional signal across the constraint.
EPNG force majeure on Line 1102 tightens Permian westbound takeaway; expect bearish pressure at Waha as basin gas backs up, with bullish pressure at SoCal Border and Arizona delivery points -- no capacity volume disclosed but FM status warrants elevated basis vigilance for the ~24-hour duration.
Reroute: Moderate: Transwestern Pipeline (TW) is the primary competing pipeline for SoCal border and Arizona deliveries and may absorb some diverted volumes; however, if TW is also running near capacity during summer cooling demand, full offset is not guaranteed.

[FORCE MAJEURE] Force Majeure - Line 1103 Update #1
SEV 4/5
Force MajeureUntil Further Notice1 Days
EPNG has declared a force majeure on Line 1103 effective July 7, 2026 at 1:07 PM, with restoration expected by July 8, 2026 at 9:00 AM -- approximately 20 hours of impact. This is a first-notice event (Revision 1, not a revision of a prior notice) on an EPNG mainline segment. No specific capacity volume is stated in the notice, but Line 1103 is a Permian Basin outbound segment, meaning gas cannot move westward toward SoCal/Arizona delivery markets.
EPNG force majeure on Line 1103 creates a split-direction signal: expect bearish pressure at Waha/Permian Basin as westbound takeaway is curtailed, and bullish pressure at SoCal Border and Arizona delivery points as downstream supply is reduced -- no capacity volume disclosed.
Reroute: Moderate: Transwestern Pipeline (TW) is the primary competing pipeline serving SoCal Border and Arizona delivery points and may absorb some diverted Permian volumes, but spare capacity on TW during peak summer conditions may be limited.

EPNG has declared a force majeure on Line 1103, effective July 9, 2026 at 2:37 PM with an expected restoration by July 10, 2026 at 9:00 AM. This is a fresh first-revision notice (Revision Number 1, Is Revision: No) covering approximately 18 hours of disruption. No specific capacity volume is stated in the notice, but any EPNG Line 1103 outbound constraint restricts Permian/Waha takeaway westward toward SoCal and Arizona markets.
EPNG Line 1103 force majeure tightens Permian westbound takeaway; expect bearish pressure at Waha as basin gas backs up and bullish pressure at SoCal Border and Arizona delivery points for the July 9-10 gas day.
Reroute: Moderate: Transwestern Pipeline (TW) is the primary competing pipeline serving SoCal Border and Arizona delivery points from the Permian/San Juan Basin, but spare capacity availability is uncertain and may not fully offset EPNG Line 1103 volumes given the short notice window.

EPNG has declared a Force Majeure at Florida C Station effective 07/14/2026 at 9:41 AM with an expected end date of 07/15/2026 at 9:00 AM. Florida C is an internal EPNG tariff segment/compressor station designation in the Southwest/Texas-New Mexico corridor, not related to the state of Florida. The notice does not specify a capacity volume loss, but a force majeure at a compressor station on an outbound EPNG segment constrains Permian Basin takeaway moving westward toward SoCal and Arizona delivery points.
EPNG force majeure at Florida C Station constrains Permian-to-west outbound flow for approximately 1 day; expect bearish pressure at Waha as basin gas backs up, with bullish pressure at SoCal Border and Arizona delivery points -- no capacity volume specified so magnitude of basis move is uncertain.
Reroute: Moderate: Transwestern Pipeline (TW) is the primary competing pipeline for SoCal border and Arizona deliveries and may absorb some diverted volumes, though spare capacity on TW is not guaranteed and cannot be confirmed without operational data.

[OPERATIONAL FLOW ORDER] SOC Declaration - Loc Specific Draft
SEV 3/5
Operational AlertUntil Further Notice
EPNG has declared a Strained Operating Condition (SOC) effective August 21, 2026, targeting five specific delivery locations: APS Phoenix Maricopa (300777), SRP Phoenix Maricopa (301043), AZ Electric Power Willcox (300754), TEP S78 (301149), and Blythe (314980). System linepack opened the gas day at 7,560 MMcf, down 84 MMcf versus the prior day, with the named locations taking deliveries in excess of scheduled quantities and undermining linepack recovery. EPNG has responded by putting Washington Ranch on withdrawal and suspending IHSW service; the SOC runs until further notice with a 5% imbalance tolerance.
EPNG SOC at Phoenix-area and Blythe delivery points tightens westbound Arizona and SoCal border supply; Waha basis has averaged -0.854 vs HH over the five trading days ended 2026-08-20 (most recently -0.715 on 2026-08-20) and the location-specific curtailment pressure is bullish for Arizona delivery points and the SoCal border while providing modest bearish relief at Waha as system linepack recovers -- no aggregate capacity volume stated so magnitude is unquantified but the 'until further notice' duration adds uncertainty.
Reroute: Limited: Transwestern Pipeline (TW) serves overlapping Arizona and SoCal border points and could partially offset reduced EPNG deliveries at the affected Phoenix-area and Blythe locations, but TW's available capacity is not confirmed and cannot be assumed to be sufficient given the system-wide linepack stress signaled by the SOC declaration.
