Iroquois Gas Transmission

Operational Flow Order (OFO) Pursuant to General Terms and Conditions, Section 38, of Iroquois’ FERC Gas Tariff, effective Monday, February 23rd Gas Day, an Iroquois Operational Flow Order (OFO) is in effect, until further notice, for all points: • South of MLV-12 Due to expected high volumes and forecasted weather conditions, Iroquois is requiring all point operators in the affected area to adhere to their scheduled volumes to maintain pipeline pressures necessary for operations. No due unscheduled shipper gas (OBA) will be available. Operators are required to operate within tariff guidelines. Flow Control will be implemented and activated if necessary. Iroquois reminds all operators and agents of directly connected power plants of the related parameters as set forth by FERC Order 698. Iroquois requires all directly connected power plant operators to submit burn profiles and nominations prior to gas flow. Flexibility on burn rates is limited, and power plant operators are urged to burn ratably based on scheduled volumes. Operational Flow Order (OFO) – Balanced Actual Deliveries Pursuant to Section 38 of the General Terms and Conditions of Iroquois’ FERC Gas Tariff, an Operational Flow Order (OFO) is in effect beginning Gas Day Wednesday, June 10, 2026. Affected Area System-wide (all points). Affected Parties All point operators and shippers. Reason for OFO To maintain system operational integrity under high linepack conditions, Iroquois is issuing this Operational Flow Order (OFO) to all affected parties. Required Actions During the duration of this OFO, all parties must ensure that actual gas deliveries out of the system are equal to or greater than their scheduled deliveries. Shippers are expected to actively monitor their positions throughout the gas day and take any necessary corrective actions to remain in balance. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in further action by the pipeline. Iroquois also reminds all operators and agents of directly connected power plants of the requirements outlined in FERC Order 698. All directly connected power plant operators must submit burn profiles and nominations prior to gas flow. Operational flexibility is limited; therefore, operators are strongly encouraged to maintain ratable burn rates consistent with scheduled volumes.
