[Gulf Run Transmission] [Maint] Veron FMJ

SEV 3/5
Force Majeure 1.000 Bcf/d Until Further Notice 1 Days

Gulf Run Transmission has declared Force Majeure for unplanned maintenance at its Vernon Compressor Station in Jackson Parish, Louisiana (Zone 1), effective July 7, 2026 at 09:00 through July 8, 2026 at 09:00. During this 24-hour window, throughput at Vernon will be limited to 1.000 Bcf/d. Gulf Run states that primary firm service is not anticipated to be impacted based on current nominations, but interruptible and secondary service shippers face scheduling risk.

Gulf Run FM caps Vernon CS throughput at 1.000 Bcf/d for one day; while primary firm is not expected to be curtailed, Haynesville takeaway toward Gulf Coast LNG terminals is at risk, applying mild bearish pressure at Henry Hub if LNG feed gas nominations are reduced and gas stays in the domestic supply pool.
Reroute: Moderate: Gulf South and Kinder Morgan assets serve the Haynesville corridor and provide partial alternative routing for Haynesville production, but Gulf Run is a dedicated Haynesville-to-Gulf-Coast pipe and reroute capacity may be limited during peak nomination periods.
