Initial assessments indicate this is expected to result in an extended outage, with an estimated duration of 60 to 90 days to complete the required repairs. Northwest is doing everything possible to complete the work as quickly and safely as possible to bring in this timeline. We will provide updates on our EBB as additional information becomes available. Effective Gas Day Tuesday, April 14, 2026, the available capacity at the Caldwell Compressor Station will be limited to 438,000 Dth/d northbound and 439,000 Dth/d southbound. If primary nomination requests through the Caldwell CS exceeds the available capacity of 438,000 Dth/d northbound or 439,000 Dth/d southbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 452,000 Dth/d northbound or 475,000 Dth/d southbound.
